There were some stunning results for Penny Lane Striders at the Dream Trail 10k this weekend. Sharon Samson was 2nd female and Tom Evans was 3rd male. Tony Green also took first place in the male V60 category. Congratulations to them all, and to everyone who took part. Great work from the whole team!

Striders have been out in force again this week, with a very strong showing at the latest Mystery 5k in midweek. Richard Costain smashed his PB at the Isle of Man half marathon on Sunday, and Hazel MacCormack was second female and first V35 at the City of Preston 10 Mile Race. Well done all!  |
