April to September training plans for our five groups are provided below. We structure our groups around ability and pace levels so that each caters for a different level of runner. This ensures that members of each group are all relatively close to each other in their times, and that the group can remain relatively close to each other during the sessions.
For the system to work we ask members to run - wherever possible - in the appropriate group for their ability level. This should ensure that everyone is appropriately challenged with their training and receives the right level of session to help with their running development. Appropriate time ranges for a 10k relative to each group are on this page, and serve as a helpful guide for members in choosing the group that is right for them.
