Welcome to our club, We're one of the oldest and largest running groups in the Merseyside region, catering for runners of all ages and abilities.
No gym? No worry. We're open, and training regularly.
Currently we are operating sessions every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7pm. They are split into seven ability groups, last for one hour, and are free to club members. Find out more here

Training Plans: Autumn-Winter 2020
We structure our groups around pace levels to ensure that runners within each group are closely matched. For autumn / winter 2020 we have increased the number of training night running groups from five to seven, and as an additional response to the coronavirus situation any groups comprising more than six people will be split to allow for sufficient distancing between runners.
