Before heading out for our Tuesday evening training sessions, we read out results from the previous weekend. If you've done something memorable, had a  good race or even achieved a personal best time, a warm round of applause awaits you!

To get your applause, we need you to tell us what you've done. The way to do so is by visiting our forum and posting your result (along with other club members' results, if you can spare the time) in the current month's results thread.
